Professional Staff Nurse-

Assess and monitor complex patients’ conditions.
• Assess the need for moderately intensive therapies and interventions.
• Administer medications, including and not limited to blood products and intravenous infusions.
• Perform treatments and procedures as needed.
• Maintain a moderate to high level of nursing vigilance and Observation of patients and treatment orders.
• Recognize changes in patient vital signs and status promptly and respond appropriately to any emergent situations while observing privacy and providing dignity for my patients.
• Prompt and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Effectively communicating with healthcare professionals and interdisciplinary team, patients and families involved
in the patient care process.
Certified Wound Care Nurse-
• Assessment, treatment, and monitoring of wounds not limited to
pressure injuries, trauma, surgical/ surgically debride wounds, Ostomies, diabetic ulcers, Arterial and venous ulcers, and other atypical ulcers
and implement treatments daily, cleansing and dressing changes to including Wound Vac. Provided wound ostomy treatment
and care.
• Collaborated with the healthcare team to facilitate teaching and
training to improve skin, wound or Ostomy health within the organization.
• Oversees and coordinates wound care rounding, and treatments for the facility with Nurse Practitioner, or Physicians
• Admission skin assessments and wound care documentation,
care plans and interventions
• Maintain a wound log/list.
• Facilitates consults and referrals.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) -

•Oversee and monitor staff, nursing activities, and patients care to ensure
all activities are within compliance with local, state, and federal standards.
​
• Delegated activities and procedures as per state and company guidelines, maintained adequate staffing and provided safety, and nursing support, care, and education necessary to meet the goals.
​
• Develop education programs in response to staff needs and teach staff current accepted patient care and center practices.
​
• Create an environment that is respectful, team-oriented, and responsive to the concerns of patients and their families and staff.
